I tried caboki because my thinning spots were really making me feel self-conscious. It does cover them well, and I definitely felt a little more comfortable going out, so I’ll give it credit for that. But it was messier than I expected and took a few tries before I could get it to look natural. I also found myself worrying that if I touched my hair too much, it might shift or show. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it’s not amazing either. For the price and the hassle, I feel like some kind of discount or compensation would be fair.

A lot of hair products make my scalp itch, which gets annoying fast... not that it’s always the product’s fault, my skin is just picky. But caboki was actually fine for me. No burning, no red spots, and it washed out easily too.

The wind wasn’t a big deal at all, I could handle that part just fine. But then the rain showed up and everything got messy real quick. Like, suddenly it went from manageable to nope, this is annoying.

I had a feeling this was going to stay put for the whole day, it pretty much confirmed what I expected. It lasted right through until night without much trouble. The only downside was that washing it out got a little messy, but overall it did what I thought it would.

The applicator is easy to use and it spreads the fibers evenly for the most part. It did take me a couple of tries to figure out the right way to apply it, but once I got the hang of it, it worked just fine. It’s not absolutely perfect, but i’m happy with the results. It feels nice to have something that actually helps and gives me a little confidence boost.

I ordered the dark brown Caboki and somehow got black instead, even though the packing slip clearly said dark brown. My first reaction was great, they messed this up. I emailed customer service and it took a couple days to get a response. They said they could replace it, but I’d need to send photos and then wait even longer. Maybe the product itself is fine, but the order accuracy was not. When you’re buying something that depends on the exact color, getting the wrong one is really annoying.

This took way too long to rinse out. I even mentioned that was my main issue, but it felt like nobody read the message. Just kind of frustrating and not something I’d want to deal with again

It worked alright, but not as well as I hoped for the thinning on my crown. I kept trying to be patient because everyone says you have to give these things time, but it’s frustrating when you feel like you’re just waiting and waiting for results that are only kind of noticeable.

I checked the label before using it and felt confident about the ingredients. So far, there’s no weird smell and I haven’t had any irritation at all. It seems like a really gentle, trustworthy option.

I really wanted this to work, but yeah, it still transfers quite a bit. Like if I run my fingers through my hair or throw on a hat, I’ll notice dark smudges after. It even left a little on my pillow, which isn’t great. From a distance it looks alright, kind of does the job, but I wouldn’t trust it for a full day without worrying about where it’s going to end up.

So... I’ve been using caboki for a few weeks now, it covers my thinning areas way better than I thought it would. It looks natural, and it only takes me about a minute to put on in the morning.

The bottle size was just right for me, and it ended up lasting a lot longer than I thought it would. Happy with it overall.
